• We request customers to check the delivery eligibility before placing the order
• Please check the Order Delivery time updated in the website / app

Payment Terms :
• We are using third party payment gateway for online payments
• Maxfun not responsible for any payment issues with the payment gateway provider
• Only successful payments through payment gateway will accept the orders • Order Refunds if applicable it will go through payment gateway
• Refund amount will credit back to the same payment account, no cash refund policy

Food Replacement :
• Any issues in food quality
• Any package issues - food spill over / not packed properly
